Investment & Booking Policy
Our Booking Policy
Starting January 1. 2022, we will require that clients sign a contract for all wedding photography services and portrait sessions. No exceptions! Starting June 1, 2022, in order to book any service with Iconic Visual Studios a $100 - $200 booking fee (plus processing fee) is required. This fee is non-refundable. A signed contract and booking fee are due at the time of booking in order to reserve your appointment date. This fee is not included/cover the price of any individual photography or videography package (there is an additional processing fee on these packages). The final payment on all photography packages is due on or before the day of photo shoot.
The balance owed for any photography or videography package will be due on or before the day of the shoot. This is required. No photos or videos produced will be sent to client if the final invoice is not paid in full. The booking fee does not include any prints, digital files or products. These items must be purchased separately. This fee does not apply to our Specialty Wedding Packages. To book these services, 50% of the total cost of service is due upon booking to secure your appointment/service (plus processing fee). (A consultation appointment and contract signature is required to book any of our wedding packages). Editing turnaround time for portrait photography is 2 to 3 weeks and 6 to 8 weeks on wedding photography. We thank you for your patience!

- The staff's time and talent to perform desired service.
- Carefully edited images and/or video done by the professional team working with Iconic Visual Studios.
- These products can be reviewed by client before final payment.

How does the process work?
1. Book Your Consultation
Book your consultation on our booking site through Square for free! You can find a link to our booking site on our Appointments page or by clicking on the button below.
2. Sign Contract and Pay Invoices
After your consultation you will receive a link to your wedding day contract through Jotform and an invoice for a 50% down-payment on your total wedding photography/videography services. Your invoice should be paid AFTER you have read, filled out and signed your contract. The final payment on any wedding package MUST be paid at least 2 weeks before your wedding day.
3. The Big Day
It's your big day! Leave everything to us. Our lead photographer will come on time herself or with her team to provide 4 - 8 hours or more of coverage of your special day.
4. Photos & Prints
Wedding galleries will be delivered to the client 6 -8 weeks after the wedding day via Pixieset. If you would like prints of your wedding photos, you can easily buy prints through out online Pixieset Print Store.
How long does it take to get our photos delivered?
The turnaround time for edited wedding galleries is 6 -8 weeks. The turnaround time for portrait sessions is 2 -3 weeks.
What if we're getting married abroad?
We love to travel! Please book a consultation and we can discuss your dream destination wedding! We require that our travel and hotel stay be covered and terms of pay for our services will be based on the number of hours of coverage.
Do you have a recommended videographer?
IVS is also a videography company! So please ask us about how we can cover your wedding day videography needs. However, if you would like us to cover your photography needs we can happily help you book a videographer with our combined photography/videography package.
